Corn Pudding
Serves 8
Ingredients:
3 eggs, well beatenPreparation:
1 cup milk (2 %)
1/2 Cup sugar
1 can cream style corn -or- 1 pint fresh yellow corn
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 stick margarine, melt in casserole
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Dot top with butter (can be omitted). Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.Enjoy!
